The complainant alleges that Carte Blanche, in an item on urine therapy, negligently misrepresented 
that Eulactol products urea extracted from animals or human urine.
The BCCSA held that the producer of the program had not been negligent. There is no indication that the use of the word “urea” on a product should put the producer on guard as to its origin.
