A complaint was lodged with the BCCSA against a news bulletin broadcast on Hot 102.7 FM on 4 December 2025. The Complainant revised her complaint three times, the latest version in order to align with the BCCSA Free-to-Air Code. The latest amended complaint was submitted on 2 January 2026 and can be found on page 4 hereunder. She has withdrawn her allegation regarding Hate Speech and although it is still in the latest amended complaint, it will not be addressed in the adjudication.
