Complaint was lodged following the broadcast by ENCA titled “Exclusive Confessions of an Assassin: Why I Killed Chris Hani” that the broadcast contravened the BCCSA Code of Conduct clauses on advocacy for hatred, comment on issues of public importance, lack of balance, invasion of privacy and dignity. No contravention of any relevant clause of the code could be established. The complaint was dismissed.
