The Appellant is of the view that the broadcast of the impugned programme infringed her privacy and dignity, thus contravening the provisions of Clause 28.4 of the Code of Conduct.

The scope of application of Clause 28.4 of the Code for Subscription Broadcasting Service Licensees is confirmed as being applicable to all broadcasts where complainants allege an invasion of their privacy and dignity. and that the justification that the infringement of privacy or dignity is overridden by a legitimate public interest.
