This is an application for leave to appeal in terms of Rule 3.14 of the Procedures against the finding and sanction imposed in Adjudication No: 30/A/2024 which was handed down on 8 0ctober 2024. The adjudicator found that Clause 12 of the Free-to-Air Code of Conduct had been contravened.
