CASE NUMBER: 08/2024 – KWASIZABANTU MISSION VS eNCA – RIGHT OF REPLY

This application for leave to appeal is adjudicated in terms of Rules 6.1.4 of the Procedures. The application is brought against the Registrar’s refusal to entertain the Applicant’s complaint lodged against a programme Judged for Yourself, that had been broadcast by the Respondent on 29 February 2024 which was the Applicant’s second complaint against the Respondent.
