While watching a cricket match with his two children aged seven and three, respectively, on Supersport, a WWE promo was broadcast outside the watershed period without any parental advisory signs. The complaint was adjudicated by a commissioner of the BCCSA who absolved the broadcaster from contravening the provisions of Clause 12 of the Subscription Licensees Code of Conduct. The complainant has lodged an appeal against the adjudication.
