broadcast of an interview with a Black man in which White men were implicated for the death of a young Black boy. This happened in Coligny where violence errupted after the death of the boy. No allegations made by Broadcaster about the facts of the incident. They broadcast the interview as part of the news item. No evidence of advocacy of hatred and incitement to cause harm could be found. There was no proof that the violence that erupted in the town after the death of the boy was as a result of the broadcast. Thus no contravention of the Code could be found and the complaint was not upheld.
