A presenter of the Respondent radio station derisively referred to gay sex by playing an insert where people discussed, inter alia, the eating of faeces and the pain-inducing insertion of a fist into the anus of a sexual partner. The Tribunal held that the latter amount to a description of violent sex. The complaint was upheld and the Broadcaster fined R15 000.
