Appeal against the ruling of the Tribunal that the appellant contravened the Code by not providing televisionenough information for viewers to exercise an informed choice. The Tribunal held that the complainant was entitled to believe that the movie was suitable for family viewing, as it was classified as a comedy despite the warnings concerning sexual conduct and strong language.   The Appeal was dismissed on the grounds that the Appellant did not comply with clauses 13, 14 and 15 of the Code for Subscription Broadcasting Services.
