The film which was the subject of this complaint was broadcast before the watershed. It, however, televisioncontained foul language. It was held by the BCCSA Tribunal that the broadcaster should have provided more information so that the viewer could exercise an informed choice. The complaint was, accordingly, upheld and the broadcaster reprimanded.
