Complaint that presenter intentionally broadcast a slanted, biased, inaccurate and unbalanced televisionperspective of the taxi industry.  The programme, through selective editing, reflected a negative image of the industry and thereby propagated a stereotyped, incorrect view of the industry and thereby failed to reflect the positive achievements made by the industry – Complaint dismissed – held that the programme was substantially impartial and was representative of the views of all participants.
