CASE NUMBER: 02/2004 – etv VS GEINNIG AND FRANZSEN – WATERSHED

The film The Real Blonde was screened at 19:30 after the Respondent’s evening news. After the Registrar decided to accept the complaint, I referred the complaint to one of the Commissioners for an adjudication of the matter. The Commissioner held that the film should have been screened after the watershed and fined the Respondent R15000.
