Complaints that visuals of bull-fighting in Spain and Portugal in a lifestyle magazine programme violated the Code 
because of cruelty to animals, not upheld. A similar complaint about visuals of cock- and horse-fighting in the Philippines in a travelogue programme also not upheld. However, accentuated that appropriate warning should be given where visuals are likely to upset sensitive viewers. Visuals also not acceptable for children programmes.
