The complainant filed a complaint regarding three broadcasts that reported on the capture of a Flotilla by Israel, which included South African activists. In each broadcast, an interview was conducted with an Israeli spokesperson. A few days later, an interview was conducted with a Palestinian spokesperson, but the discussion was focused on the ceasefire. An infringement of clause 13.1 of the Code for Free-to-Air broadcasters was found and the complaint was upheld.
