A complaint was lodged with the BCCSA against the broadcast of Zimoja Daily on Moja Love (Multichoice Channel 157). The complaint concerns an episode of Zimoja Daily broadcast on 5 February 2026 on Moja Love (Channel 157), in which the host of the programme made statements about Dr Martin Nsibirwa. The complainant submits that the broadcast amounted to advocacy of hatred based on ethnicity and constituted incitement to cause harm.
