The Complainant is of the view that Pastor Sheets’ utterances expressed during a talk show constituted a contravention of Clause 10.3 of the Code of Conduct. The complainant stated that the utterances were not bona fide and that the exemptions provided for in clause 11 of the Code do not apply to the discussion during which the statements were made.
