Complaint that the complainant’s response to allegations of misconduct regarding the placement of children was not fairly reflected. Participants’ comments complied with clause 28.2 of the Code. Complainant was offered an interview but rejected the offer and requested written questions to which written answers were submitted. The respondent provided the complainant’s response in line with the allegations during the broadcast. No contravention of Clause 28.3.1.
