A complaint was lodged with the BCCSA against the Respondent concerning an investigative programme, “Coining it”, which was broadcast on 13 April 2025. The complainant is of the view that the respondent contravened Clauses 28.2.2,28.3 and 28.4 of the Code of Conduct for Subscription Licensees. The applicable clause in this instance is Clause 28.2.2 because although the matter is of public interest, it is not controversial. The Complainant was given an opportunity to respond and chose to do so in writing to written questions. The Complainant’s response was provided within the context of the allegations made against it. No contravention of Clause 28.2 was found.
