A complaint was lodged by the National Health Laboratory Service [hereinafter referred to as ‘the NHLS’] against the SABC, Cutting Edge programme [hereinafter referred to as ‘the Broadcaster’] with the BCCSA regarding the 12th of November 2024 broadcast of an investigatory documentary episode about the state of the NHLS, including the interdependent implications of the latter.
