During a phone in talk show, the aunt of a deceased child offered her report of the circumstances surrounding the child’s death which happened in the context of several reports of children being poisoned from food allegedly being purchased at spaza shops, some of which are foreign owned. The complainant alleges that, in sum, the conversation unfairly discriminates against foreign nationals and is unbalanced to the extent that it breaches the Code.
