Complaint that the Respondent’s secret sound competition is a scam. It does not have an end date and does not indicate how the winner is determined. The rules of the competition are allegedly not clearly defined. The allocation of the proceeds from the competition and the costs of running the competition are not disclosed. After considering all evidence presented, we found that there was no contravention of Clause 16 of the BCCSA Free-To-Air Code of Conduct for Broadcasting Service Licensees.
