The Registrar received a complaint from Motlanthe Incorporated representing Khomanani Business 
College, regarding a News Broadcast by SABC TV flighted on 24th and 25th October 2011 respectively. It is alleged that the SABC TV flighted news reports that were untruthful, inaccurate and unfair. Also that the SABC TV exaggerated and misrepresented the truth. – No contravention of the Code found and complaint not upheld.
