The Complainant raised problems with the BCCSA in regard to the co-ordination of the electronic televisionparental guidance provided by the broadcaster and the age restriction displayed directly on the screen. The Respondent conceded that it had technical problems in achieving this co-ordination. Although it has taken some time to achieve this, we are now satisfied that the problem which was, quite rightly raised by the Complainant, has been addressed.

Since it was, on a technical level, impossible for Multichoice to achieve the said co-ordination immediately, and since it has now addressed the matter to the Tribunal’s  satisfaction, the matter is closed.
