CASE NUMBER: 02/2005 – FISHER VS 567 CAPE TALK – CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE

On Thursday night, the 30^th September 2004 the complainant called the presenter Mr Vernon Adams of 567 Cape Talk after a caller accused the complainant of being a racist during the apartheid years by stating that his job entitled preventing Blacks from boarding  busses, classified and restricted for the use of whites only.
