Broadcaster mentioning that white driver of motorcar had killed black cyclist who had crashed into the side-mirror 
of his motorcar. Sources stating, according to broadcast, that racial remarks were made by the driver. BCCSA holding that in these circumstances stating of race by broadcaster was justified.
