The complainant alleged that by reading a letter from him to RSG at the SABC, the presenter had violated his right to radioprivacy when his name was mentioned. The Tribunal held that the complainant was not entitled to the protection of the Broadcasting Code, since his letter was extremely humiliating and degrading towards the presenter. Complaint dismissed.
