A complaint was received from Free State Agriculture. The complaint concerned a programme on Radio Lesedi 
which contained interviews with farm workers. The farm workers seriosly attacked the conduct of a farmer without identifying him. The response from at least organized agriculture should have been sought by the Respondent. Sanction: broadcast of summary of the BCCSA’s judgment plus opportunity to Free State Agriculture to a five minute response.
