Complaints that the “Big Brother”excerpts are indecent, amount to voyeurism, and are pornographic, obscene and harmful to public morals held to be not justified by the BCCSA Tribunal.
There is presently no evidence that the material broadcast in the M-Net excerpts is likely to influence viewers, including children, to act in a manner harmful to public morals in terms of the Broadcasting Code.
Noted – that M-Net is implementing the BCCSA classification and age restrictions in its DSTV satellite broadcast.
Complaints dismissed.
