Once granted the opportunity to take part in a radio debate, a caller must be  granted a reasonable radioopportunity to take part in the debate. Presenter cutting caller off once it was clear that the caller had a point of view which conflicted with that of the presenter. This approach is in conflict with Code. Respondent, however, having taken steps, since broadcast to improve presenter’s amenability to allow callers an opportunity – this aspect taken into consideration insofar as sanction is concerned.
