Complaint that host of talk show referred to the Complainant organisation in a derogatory manner 
which implied criminality on the side of the Complainant. The Commission found against the broadcaster in the light of the fact that it had not broadcast background material fully as to these assertions. It was, accordingly, not necessary to go into the question as to whether the comment itself amounted to a contravention of the Code.
