On the 15th October 1996 at 14:00 the Respondent broadcast an interview with a witchdoctor at 14:00 
on SABC2. This programme was repeated on SABC3 at 18:00. The interview was conducted by a teenager and the face of the witchdoctor was in the dark, to protect his identity.
