Religion and Race – inclusion of the Muslim greeting “AS-Salaam-u-Alaikum” not amounting to the radioadvocacy of hatred based on religion or race.  If offensive material was often repeated to the extent that it amounted to the mocking of believers’ religious convictions, it could, when judged in context, be evidence of the advocacy of hatred.
