The Tribunal accepts that a large number of children was likely to have been  part of the audience televisionwatching this film at 16:00. We watched the film and are of the view that  although the scene referred to is not the kind of scene which all parents would wish their children to see, it was not so explicit and that a finding that a finding that the Code was contravened would be justified. Furthermore, there was a classification of 13 to which a Sex classification was added.
