Complaint against a programme of the Ricki Lake Show in which topic discussed is cruelty to animals. Some animal abusers on show defending their actions. Matter of public interest. Cruelty to animals not advocated nor condoned but condemned by audience and presenter. Average viewer would not be enticed to abuse animals by watching programme. Freedom of expression upheld. Complaint dismissed.
