Case No - 13 - 2010 - 3rd Degree - Comment and Public Importance

This matter dealt with complaints about a “3rd Degree” programme investigating racial relations in South Africa, especially on the campus of the Free State University. The matter was settled through negotiations between the parties and the complaints were withdrawn.
